Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of enterprise sellers while managing strategic deals
- Drive revenue growth by activating untapped pipeline and managing key enterprise accounts
- Establish and execute a global enterprise sales strategy to consistently exceed revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B software sales, with experience leading global teams
- Proven track record in establishing a KPI-driven performance culture
- Experience transforming sales teams from reactive to proactive outbound strategies
- Hands-on experience in closing enterprise deals while coaching team members
- Strong understanding of SaaS/technology business models and revenue drivers
