Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B software sales, with experience leading global teams
  • Proven track record in establishing a KPI-driven performance culture
  • Experience transforming sales teams from reactive to proactive outbound strategies
  • Hands-on experience in closing enterprise deals while coaching team members
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/technology business models and revenue drivers
