Job Summary
Leading a high-performing Expansion Sales team, the full-time Director of Enterprise Sales will focus on building a robust sales pipeline, driving regional go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Expansion Sales team to ensure consistent execution and excellence
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline aligned with regional and corporate revenue objectives
- Utilize Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline execution while sharing market insights to shape field strategy
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in closing large enterprise technology sales
- At least 5 years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales or expansion team leadership
- Strong operational rigor and forecasting discipline
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies, such as MEDDIC
