Job Summary

Leading a high-performing Expansion Sales team, the full-time Director of Enterprise Sales will focus on building a robust sales pipeline, driving regional go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Expansion Sales team to ensure consistent execution and excellence
  • Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline aligned with regional and corporate revenue objectives
  • Utilize Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline execution while sharing market insights to shape field strategy
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in closing large enterprise technology sales
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales or expansion team leadership
  • Strong operational rigor and forecasting discipline
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies, such as MEDDIC
