Job Summary

Leading a high-performance sales team, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Sales will drive business growth, manage sales activities, and develop training materials for new hires while focusing on strategic sales and marketing initiatives in the Northeast region.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to drive sales performance
  • Monitor and coach sales calls and processes to enhance team effectiveness
  • Develop and implement training materials for onboarding and professional development of new hires
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Previous Sales Management experience
  • Significant outside sales experience in technology sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in cloud technology, security, SaaS, and enterprise software is strongly preferred
