Job Summary

Leading a high-performance sales team, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Sales will drive business growth in the Mid-Atlantic region by managing sales activities, developing training materials, and collaborating on sales strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor, review, and coach sales calls and processes to enhance team performance
  • Develop and implement training materials for onboarding and professional development of new hires
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Proven sales management experience
  • Significant outside sales experience in technology sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in cloud technology, security, SaaS, and enterprise software is preferred
