Job Summary
Leading a high-performance sales team, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Sales will drive business growth in the Mid-Atlantic region by managing sales activities, developing training materials, and collaborating on sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Monitor, review, and coach sales calls and processes to enhance team performance
- Develop and implement training materials for onboarding and professional development of new hires
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
- Proven sales management experience
- Significant outside sales experience in technology sales
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in cloud technology, security, SaaS, and enterprise software is preferred
