Job Summary
To support rapid scaling and drive revenue goals, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Sales will manage a manufacturing-focused territory team, oversee daily sales activities, and optimize a repeatable sales process while recruiting and training Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure predictable above-quota results
- Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts
- Build and optimize scalable sales processes to achieve targeted sales objectives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Enterprise
- Proven track record of closing enterprise business and exceeding individual sales quotas
- Strong skills in recruiting, hiring, and managing high-performing sales teams
- Ability to build and optimize scalable sales processes using analytical skills
- Experience with modern sales tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce
