Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Enterprise Sales, the full-time remote position will lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve aggressive sales targets while developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to meet new business and expansion sales targets

Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in revenue, sales, and sales leadership
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in optimizing sales efficiency and productivity through business process improvements
  • Motivated self-starter capable of driving initiatives to completion
  • Experience in hyper-growth and fast-scaling market environments
