Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Enterprise Sales, the full-time remote position will lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve aggressive sales targets while developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to meet new business and expansion sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively penetrate the market and analyze competition
- Engage with C-level executives to understand customer requirements and align Zip's solutions with their business needs
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience in revenue, sales, and sales leadership
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Experience in optimizing sales efficiency and productivity through business process improvements
- Motivated self-starter capable of driving initiatives to completion
- Experience in hyper-growth and fast-scaling market environments
