Job Summary
Leading a high-performing Enterprise Acquisition Sales team, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Sales will focus on building a robust expansion pipeline, driving regional go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a top-performing sales team with a focus on execution and excellence
- Build and sustain a healthy expansion pipeline aligned with regional and corporate revenue goals
- Drive regional go-to-market strategy and customer engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales
- At least 5 years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Proven track record of developing talent and elevating team performance
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies, including MEDDIC
- Strong operational rigor and forecasting discipline
