Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a top-performing sales team with a focus on execution and excellence
  • Build and sustain a healthy expansion pipeline aligned with regional and corporate revenue goals
  • Drive regional go-to-market strategy and customer engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
  • Proven track record of developing talent and elevating team performance
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies, including MEDDIC
  • Strong operational rigor and forecasting discipline
