Job Summary

Leading the commercial sales execution, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Sales will manage a team focused on Fortune 500 enterprise customers, developing consultative sales strategies and overseeing complex deal cycles to position the company as a strategic partner.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives specializing in enterprise transformation
  • Own the commercial pipeline, ensuring adequate coverage and accurate forecasting for target accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales strategy, resource allocation, and customer engagement processes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B software sales with 4+ years managing quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Direct experience selling to Fortune 500 accounts with deal sizes of $250K+ ACV
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual bookings targets of $3M-$5M+
  • Experience with consultative, complex sales cycles involving technical validation and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Demonstrated ability to coach Account Executives on strategic positioning and business case development
