Building and leading a team of Sales Executives, the full-time Director of Enterprise Sales will drive new business sales growth in the retail sector while working remotely and collaborating with various departments to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve performance excellence

  • Strong strategic thinking and financial planning skills to meet and exceed sales quotas
