Job Summary
Building and leading a team of Sales Executives, the full-time Director of Enterprise Sales will drive new business sales growth in the retail sector while working remotely and collaborating with various departments to achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and territory planning
- Recruit, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve performance excellence
- Engage with C-level executives to understand customer needs and foster long-term relationships
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of new business sales success and strong negotiation skills at the C Level
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Strong strategic thinking and financial planning skills to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
