Job Summary
To drive rapid new business sales growth in the region, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Sales will build and manage a team of Sales Executives, develop sales strategies, and engage in territory planning while achieving annual sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations
- Engage in territory planning and support Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities
Required qualifications
- Proven experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Extensive track record of new business sales success at the C Level
- Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, and managing sales teams
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills for financial planning
- Ability to build long-term strategic relationships and adapt in a dynamic environment
