Job Summary

Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Director of Enterprise Sales will drive new business acquisition, customer expansion, and strategic account growth in Southern California while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet bookings and pipeline generation targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing sales professionals to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Engage with key customers and partners to strengthen relationships and support customer retention and expansion efforts
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • 3+ years of first-line sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Proven track record of exceeding bookings and growth targets in enterprise sales
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree required
