Director of Enterprise Slate CRM

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and delivery of BU's Slate CRM portfolio, the full-time Director of Enterprise Slate CRM will manage platform health, integrations, and team development while engaging in hands-on architectural and design work, with the position being remote-eligible.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Slate roadmap, prioritization, and platform health across multiple programs and use cases
• Provide architectural leadership across Slate data models, workflows, automations, and configurations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Slate administrators and engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement with platform initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in CRM platform delivery
• Hands-on experience with Slate CRM or Salesforce CRM in a configuration, engineering, or architecture capacity
• Experience leading a CRM team while remaining personally hands-on with platform work
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise systems such as SIS, identity, marketing, or analytics
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day platform, integration, or analysis work
