Job Summary
Driving strategic engagement with top-tier enterprise utility accounts, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Solutions will manage client relationships, develop account strategies, and oversee revenue growth while collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for select enterprise utility accounts, cultivating executive-level trust and partnerships
- Own revenue growth targets and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within designated accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create tailored solutions and lead multi-year strategic planning for utility accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proven success managing complex, high-value accounts in a matrixed environment
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a history of delivering profitable revenue growth
- Analytical thinker with the ability to influence at the executive level
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and exceptional communication skills
