Director of Enterprise Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-10 in-house Business Analysts and Support Analysts, along with external contractors
• Drive improvements, gather, and deliver on business requirements while overseeing project management
• Enhance processes, efficiencies, and upgrades to the current ERP system without shifting to another platform

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing ERP systems, preferably Infor, but open to all platforms
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with AI or Automation that is outcome-driven is a major plus
• Ability to implement process improvements with a focus on impact, margin, revenues, and throughput
