Director of Enterprise Systems
Job Summary
Leading the engineering transformation of the HP NonStop platform, the full-time Director of Enterprise Systems will manage infrastructure engineering, DevOps, and automation teams while driving modern engineering practices and ensuring the delivery of mission-critical solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute engineering strategies for HP NonStop infrastructure and enterprise performance engineering
- Lead and mentor teams in platform engineering, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive the adoption of modern engineering methodologies, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, within enterprise platform environments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-class platform engineering
- 7+ years of experience with HP NonStop, IBM mainframe, Unix/Linux enterprise systems, or large-scale distributed systems
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams with a focus on transformation and innovation
- Deep expertise in DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipeline design and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools, such as LoadRunner, in enterprise environments
