Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, program management, or operational transformation
• Experience leading enterprise analytics or business intelligence initiatives
• Strong technical foundation in data architecture, automation, and reporting platforms
• Experience operating in highly regulated or complex organizational environments
• Engineering or technical background strongly preferred
