Director of Environmental Sustainability

Job Summary

To lead the enterprise-wide environmental strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Global Environmental Sustainability will manage sustainability initiatives, set targets, and engage stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's environmental sustainability and climate strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Utilize data analytics to track environmental performance and drive strategic decision-making
• Educate senior management on sustainability issues to secure necessary approvals and resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10+ years of experience in environmental sustainability with demonstrated leadership experience
• Familiarity with CDP, SBTi, TCFD, and GHG reporting protocols is preferred
• Experience managing remote team members
• Strong strategic planning skills, including roadmap development and resource allocation
