Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for covered material compliance and reporting across multiple state EPR programs
• Oversee the creation of producer guidance materials and represent the organization in high-profile forums
• Build and manage a team of compliance and reporting professionals to meet strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in recycling, EPR, sustainability, or regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong understanding of EPR principles and materials management
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with complex stakeholder landscapes
• Experience in budget management and multi-party governance processes
