Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Documentation and Operations, Equipment Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage operational infrastructure for the Equipment Finance platform, including documentation, funding, and transaction lifecycle management
- Oversee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with credit structures and regulatory standards
- Manage funding, booking, and portfolio operations, ensuring smooth transaction flow and adherence to internal controls
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in equipment finance or related structured finance environment
- Significant leadership experience managing documentation and operations teams
- Deep understanding of equipment lease and loan structures, collateral perfection, and secured transactions
- Experience implementing or managing core leasing or loan servicing systems in a regulated banking environment
