Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Documentation and Operations, Equipment Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage operational infrastructure for the Equipment Finance platform, including documentation, funding, and transaction lifecycle management
  • Oversee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with credit structures and regulatory standards
  • Manage funding, booking, and portfolio operations, ensuring smooth transaction flow and adherence to internal controls


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in equipment finance or related structured finance environment
  • Significant leadership experience managing documentation and operations teams
  • Deep understanding of equipment lease and loan structures, collateral perfection, and secured transactions
  • Experience implementing or managing core leasing or loan servicing systems in a regulated banking environment
