Job Summary
To support the growing Legal Team, the full-time Director of Equity Administration will manage the end-to-end administration of equity programs and corporate compliance initiatives, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and HR, while based in San Diego with potential remote work for experienced candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of equity plans, managing the full award lifecycle and equity management platform
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR on the design and implementation of equity and compensation programs
- Administer the insider trading policy and develop the employee compliance training program
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Minimum of 12 years of equity administration experience, preferably at a publicly traded company
- Hands-on experience with equity administration platforms and cap table management
- Working knowledge of SEC reporting and stock exchange listing requirements
- Experience administering corporate compliance programs and developing employee training
