Job Summary

To support the growing Legal Team, the full-time Director of Equity Administration will manage the end-to-end administration of equity programs and corporate compliance initiatives, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and HR, while based in San Diego with potential remote work for experienced candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day administration of equity plans, managing the full award lifecycle and equity management platform
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR on the design and implementation of equity and compensation programs
  • Administer the insider trading policy and develop the employee compliance training program
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  • Minimum of 12 years of equity administration experience, preferably at a publicly traded company
  • Hands-on experience with equity administration platforms and cap table management
  • Working knowledge of SEC reporting and stock exchange listing requirements
  • Experience administering corporate compliance programs and developing employee training
