Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Equity & Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, administer, and communicate short- and long-term compensation incentive plans
  • Conduct market analyses to determine competitive positioning of pay programs
  • Partner with Legal and Finance for effective plan administration and participant communications
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in broad-based compensation, with at least 4 years in incentive plan administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
  • Experience in a publicly traded company
  • Familiarity with equity-administration platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Solium/Shareworks, Carta)
