Job Summary
Leading the global equity compensation program, the full-time salaried Director of Equity Compensation will manage end-to-end administration, compliance, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, with the option to work remotely a few days a week.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of the global equity program, including grants, vesting, and exercises, ensuring accurate record-keeping and execution
- Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, People, and Legal teams to maintain efficient governance of the equity compensation program
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including international tax reporting and equity implications for global mobility
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in equity administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a publicly-traded company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Expert knowledge of equity award types and related accounting, tax, and legal frameworks
- Experience managing equity programs across multiple international jurisdictions
- Proficiency with E*Trade/Morgan Stanley at Work
