Director of Equity Compensation

Job Summary

Leading the global equity compensation program, the full-time salaried Director of Equity Compensation will manage end-to-end administration, compliance, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, with the option to work remotely a few days a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of the global equity program, including grants, vesting, and exercises, ensuring accurate record-keeping and execution
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, People, and Legal teams to maintain efficient governance of the equity compensation program
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including international tax reporting and equity implications for global mobility

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in equity administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a publicly-traded company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Expert knowledge of equity award types and related accounting, tax, and legal frameworks
• Experience managing equity programs across multiple international jurisdictions
• Proficiency with E*Trade/Morgan Stanley at Work
