Director of ERP Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Planning & Implementation, responsible for leading ERP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization's ERP transformation
• Coordinate and drive successful execution of the ERP implementation across the enterprise
• Establish and manage initiative governance and ensure alignment across workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of progressive experience in program management or transformation leadership
• Direct experience leading or managing ERP implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)
• Experience managing complex cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in a Program Management Office (PMO) or Transformation Management Office
• Experience partnering with external implementation vendors and consulting firms
