A company is looking for a Director of Escalation Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a global team of Technical Escalation Managers
• Drive escalations and establish cross-functional collaboration to manage and resolve issues
• Define quarterly goals and track their completion to drive team growth and personal development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managing a global team
• Proven experience with Cloud native applications/SaaS or big data platforms
• Demonstrated experience in escalation management
• BE/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent is required
• Experience with big data and Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
