Director of Escrow Operations

Job Summary

Leading national operational teams, the full-time Director of Escrow Operations will oversee escrow support, post-closing, vendor management, and service desk functions while driving process optimization and collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor national operational teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across multiple functions
• Serve as the primary operational contact for regional and brand leadership, managing escalations and cross-functional issues
• Drive automation and technology adoption to optimize processes and improve operational performance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in escrow operations, title operations, or related real estate transaction functions
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or multi-team operations
• Multi-state operational experience with a deep understanding of real estate transaction requirements
• Proven success leading large, diverse teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with escrow, title, and workflow management systems, with a strong orientation toward technology-enabled operations
