Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Evaluation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term evaluation strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and manage the evaluation team, ensuring successful project execution
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement evaluation plans

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in evaluation and research, preferably in maternal and infant health
• Proven experience in project management, including budget compilation and evaluation planning
• Experience in mixed methods data collection and analysis
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports
