Director of Events
Job Summary
Owning the regional pipeline for NAM and EMEA, the remote Director of Events will lead a team of senior field marketers, manage global events, and ensure alignment with pipeline goals through close collaboration with Integrated Marketing and Partner Marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the NAM and EMEA pipeline P&L, focusing on pipeline accountability rather than activity plans
- Lead the ABM operating rhythm across field marketers, ensuring effective account intelligence and alignment
- Manage the Global Events Manager and coordinate the integration of event production with field-led account strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise field marketing with direct pipeline accountability
- Experience managing a team of five or more direct reports
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance business outcomes and streamline workflows
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
- Experience partnering with AVP-level sales leaders on forecast calls and QBRs
