Job Summary
Leading integrated evidence-generation and publication strategies, the remote Director of Evidence Generation will identify evidence gaps, develop research plans, and oversee the dissemination of clinical and operational data while collaborating across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated evidence plans aligned with clinical, regulatory, and commercial priorities
- Oversee publication plans and ensure compliant dissemination of scientific materials
- Serve as a strategic partner across cross-functional teams, translating complex findings into clear scientific narratives
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in medicine, science, public health, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare, preferably in oncology
- Demonstrated experience in leading evidence generation and publication strategies
- Strong knowledge of clinical research, real-world evidence, and scientific data interpretation
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
