Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term COE strategy and enhance organizational capabilities
• Lead the development of program management policies and optimize performance through tools and metrics
• Establish governance frameworks and manage risks associated with COE initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience, with 5 years in a management role
• Proven success in strategic thinking and process improvement
• Experience managing diverse teams and substantial national real estate portfolios
• Advanced organizational and presentation skills
• In-depth understanding of program management processes and risk analysis
