Job Summary
To lead utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, the hybrid Director of Execution Management will own the integrated execution plan, drive cross-functional coordination, and manage financial execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project's integrated schedule, managing critical paths and cross-functional dependencies
- Serve as the primary integration point across various teams, facilitating issue resolution and proactive communication of risks and recommendations
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial commitments and supporting financial close readiness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of cross-functional project management experience, with at least 5 years in utility-scale renewable energy development and/or construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrated project schedules and drive accountability across multiple functions
- Strong financial acumen, including fluency in project cash flows and budget management
- Technical proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel; PowerPoint proficiency for executive-level reporting
- Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments without direct authority
