Job Summary
Leading the evolution of Executive Communications and Internal Relations programs, the full-time Director of Executive Communications will serve as a strategic partner to senior executives, develop high-impact communications, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely or from the Austin office.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives on their voice, narrative, and presence, while developing executive communications for key events and announcements
- Own and evolve the internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering employee engagement
- Build and operationalize communications plans tied to company priorities, establishing KPIs to measure effectiveness and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in strategic, corporate, or executive communications roles, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives in high-visibility environments and enhancing their market presence
- Experience in building or scaling internal communications programs in complex organizations
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and authenticity
- Strong strategic acumen with the ability to connect communications to business outcomes
