Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Executive Community & Strategic Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage an exclusive community for senior Salesforce executives, including member recruitment and relationship management
• Design and curate programming that addresses the priorities of Salesforce executives, ensuring timely and relevant content
• Facilitate community sessions, ensuring productive discussions and adherence to confidentiality rules

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in community management, executive engagement, or related fields at the enterprise level
• Proven track record of building executive-level communities or councils from inception
• Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and the challenges faced by large organizations
• Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies
• Strong facilitation skills to manage discussions and draw out insights from senior leaders
