Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility to manage executive compensation programs and global mobility strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design and execution of executive compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance policies
  • Manage the equity compensation program, including reporting, audits, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement global mobility strategies and manage relocation processes for international assignments and transfers
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in executive compensation
  • 5+ years of experience working with company proxy
  • Experience with global mobility and relocation/immigration
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel and Google Drive
