Director of Executive Engagement

Job Summary

Leading FICO's global strategy for executive engagement, the full-time Director of Executive Engagement will design and execute C-suite relationship-building programs, manage VIP customer initiatives, and oversee a growing team, all while working remotely from Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a structured framework for engaging C-suite executives across strategic accounts globally
• Manage a portfolio of VIP customer programs and high-touch experiences, including executive events and Customer Advisory Boards
• Develop and oversee executive-facing thought leadership content and measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in executing global executive engagement or customer marketing strategies in a B2B enterprise environment
• Significant background in leading C-suite engagement programs and executive events at scale, preferably in technology or financial services
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders across diverse cultures
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with familiarity in tools like Salesforce and Asana preferred
