Director of Executive Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Director of Executive Operations will architect and manage Fetch's executive operating system, ensuring alignment and accountability across leadership while driving business performance and decision-making processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and run the executive operating system to translate company strategy into structured mechanisms for alignment and execution
• Own the business performance governance by maintaining the accuracy and visibility of core business metrics
• Design and optimize the executive cadence, including leadership meetings and decision frameworks, to ensure disciplined follow-through

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy, or consulting roles in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of building and scaling internal operating systems such as OKRs and reporting infrastructure
• Experience working closely with C-suite executives and influencing alignment at senior levels
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business metrics and performance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
