Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Expansion Sales to build, scale, and optimize their expansion model in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize a layer-cake expansion strategy across self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise growth
  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion-related revenue metrics, including forecasting and pipeline management
  • Lead a high-performing expansion team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance


Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS revenue roles
  • Experience in SMB-focused SaaS with a high-velocity product-led growth motion
  • Proven success in a product-led growth environment
  • Direct experience building or scaling expansion programs
  • Demonstrated success in leading quota-carrying teams
