Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Expansion Sales to build, scale, and optimize their expansion model in a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a layer-cake expansion strategy across self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise growth
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion-related revenue metrics, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Lead a high-performing expansion team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in B2B SaaS revenue roles
- Experience in SMB-focused SaaS with a high-velocity product-led growth motion
- Proven success in a product-led growth environment
- Direct experience building or scaling expansion programs
- Demonstrated success in leading quota-carrying teams
