Job Summary

To drive post-sale revenue strategy across a portfolio of 1,000+ accounts, the full-time remote Director of Expansion Sales will own net revenue retention, design multi-segment expansion strategies, and lead a team of Client Executives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the expansion strategy, balancing growth, retention risk, and resource allocation
  • Build and refine a scalable operating model for upsell, cross-sell, and strategic renewals
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics to identify expansion signals and enhance forecasting accuracy
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience across renewals and enterprise selling
  • 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying teams with ownership of multi-segment portfolios
  • Proven ability to manage large account bases with structured segmentation models
  • Experience with AI-powered revenue tools and proficiency in Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
