Director of Experiential Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing the successful delivery of agency projects, the full-time remote Director of Experiential Operations will manage large-scale event teams, ensure project resources are allocated effectively, and maintain vendor relationships while contributing to budget management and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage various large-scale project teams from planning through execution, ensuring flawless delivery against client objectives
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $2-4M+, while creating production schedules and enforcing deliverable dates
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, providing leadership and guidance to account teams throughout project duration

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• 9-11+ years of relevant operations experience, preferably in the experiential agency, sports, or entertainment field
• Demonstrated understanding of the experiential landscape and proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion
• Confidence in presenting to senior clients and crafting complex communications for various stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
