Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Experiential Production responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of agency projects from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale projects from planning through execution
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agency standards
• Develop and reconcile project budgets, schedules, and maintain effective client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of relevant operations experience, preferably in experiential agency, sports, or entertainment
• In-depth understanding of the experiential landscape and project delivery
• Experience in managing teams and mentoring team members
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
