Director of Experimentation Analytics

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Director of Experimentation Analytics will lead data-driven experimentation initiatives, manage analytics strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer financial experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics frameworks for experimentation projects
• Analyze data to derive insights and inform decision-making processes
• Collaborate with various departments to align experimentation goals with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in analytics, experimentation, or related fields
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis tools
• Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
