Director of Experimentation Analytics

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for enterprise experimentation initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Experimentation Analytics will manage a team, define experimentation strategies, and oversee cross-functional initiatives to support growth and optimization objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Experimentation Analytics team while setting direction and priorities for customer behavior analysis
• Oversee complex experimentation initiatives and ensure consistent application of methodologies across business areas
• Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and partner with various leaders to integrate experimentation into decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
• 12+ years of experience in experimentation, analytics, or advanced analytics
• Proven success in leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
