Director of Experimentation Analytics

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for enterprise experimentation initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Experimentation Analytics will manage the Experimentation Analytics team, define experimentation strategy aligned to business objectives, and oversee cross-functional experimentation programs to drive growth and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Experimentation Analytics team while ensuring effective execution of experimentation methodologies
• Set direction and priorities for customer behavior analysis, translating analytical findings into strategic recommendations for leadership
• Partner with technology, product, and marketing leaders to integrate experimentation into decision-making processes across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
• 12+ years of experience in experimentation, analytics, or advanced analytics
• Demonstrated success leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
