Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IFM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct workplace services, operations, and asset planning for a portfolio
• Develop financial plans for cost control and ensure compliance with contract obligations
• Lead and mentor facilities management staff to achieve operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in property portfolio management or facility management
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes
• Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred
