Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for online instructors to ensure instructional excellence and alignment with the college's mission
• Oversee instructor recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management to enhance the online learning experience
• Ensure compliance with instructional standards and monitor teaching effectiveness through data analysis and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; terminal degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education, with 3 years in a leadership role in online learning
• Experience managing online instructors, including recruitment and performance evaluation
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and online pedagogy
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead initiatives for student success
