Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Director of Family and Clinical Services - BCBA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services with parents and caregivers
- Provide guidance on behavior analytic strategies and ethical approaches
- Offer education on the school system, IEP process, and referrals to other benefits
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or above
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Minimum 5 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Minimum 3 years conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles
- Experience with neurodiversity in the workplace is a major plus
