Director of Farmer Insights

Job Summary

Leading the development of a high-value product, the remote Director of Farmer Insights will define the vision and strategy for the Farmer Insights platform, manage the translation of discoveries into scalable features, and drive product decisions across various crops and customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Farmer Insights platform
• Build the Farmer Insights platform from concept to launch, focusing on customer discovery and iterative delivery
• Lead the prioritization and communication of insights generated from the platform

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading data-driven or AI-enabled products
• Proven experience building a new product from concept to launch
• Master's degree or equivalent work experience in Informatics or Data Science
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled product development
• Familiarity with data governance and responsible use of customer data
