Director of FCC Data Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FCC Model and Data Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of data governance strategy for the FCC Program
• Define policies and procedures for data classification, quality, lineage, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics solutions into the FCC program

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, focusing on data governance
• Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with database technologies and analytics tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, R, and Python
• Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC transaction monitoring and sanctions screening systems
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulations like the US PATRIOT Act and BSA Act
