Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Federal Award Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on federal award terms and agreements related to federally funded projects
  • Engage with capture and proposal teams to support proposal development and pre-award negotiations
  • Provide post-award support and expertise, negotiating modifications and advising internal teams on award requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in federally funded awards
  • Advanced knowledge of federal contractual agreements and regulations, including the FAR and its agency supplements
  • Experience with various government contracting vehicles and contract types
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, track, manage, and resolve award issues
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet business-driven deadlines while maintaining quality
