Director of Federal Civilian Strategy

Job Summary

Driving growth across strategic Federal Civilian accounts, the hybrid Director of Federal Civilian Strategy will develop and execute account strategies, manage customer relationships, and lead capture activities to convert opportunities into booked business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for priority Federal Civilian accounts, including HHS, IRS, and NOAA
• Lead and support strategic pursuits throughout the federal opportunity lifecycle, from identification to award
• Build and maintain relationships with federal executives and industry partners to enhance Ad Hoc's position within target accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience in federal business development or related fields
• Demonstrated experience supporting growth within Federal Civilian agencies, including established relationships in the market
• Experience across the federal growth and capture lifecycle, including account planning and opportunity identification
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-person collaboration and travel as needed
