- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in business development and capture within the Federal Civilian market
- Established relationships within key Federal Civilian agencies
- Demonstrated experience across the federal growth and capture lifecycle
- Ability to operate as a hands-on growth professional in a hybrid environment
